Surgery update on Julia (5:00pm)
November 14, 2007
We want to update everyone as we know many of you are monitoring Julia’s status with us. Unfortunately we have no update at this time since the posterior part of the surgery began some 4 hours ago. We hope to hear some news soon but trust that Dr. Campion and his team are progressing as planned. Julia likely has a few more hours so please keep her in your prayers today and in the days ahead as she recovers. We again want to say thank you to all of you for your prayers and support. We are learning today that Archbishop Demetrios of America and Metropolitan Alexios of Atlanta have been praying fervently for Julia and conducting Divine Liturgy services dedicated to her. We know also that Archbishop Spyridon also is praying for Julia. As we checked Julia’s cell phone this afternoon, we listened to a voice mail message from Archbishop Demetrios who called Julia from New York. To know that so many of you along with our priests and hierarchs are praying for Julia is overwhelming. Thank you all.
Harry and Regina

Hi Gina,
As evening approaches, prayers are being sent up from all over the place. Julia is so brave, so strong, AND SO LOVED! This has been a long day for all of you and I pray that God will hold you up and give you strength as the night approaches.
I just wanted you to know that I was thinking about your family today and wish nothing but the best for precious Julia!
God Bless!
Laurel
